Alfredo Linares

“I am Alfredo Linares, originally born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, and now proudly an American citizen. Since my early years, I’ve been inspired to pursue a career as an artist, and it’s God who has been my greatest source of inspiration. The impact of God’s presence in my life through art is profound and meaningful. As I engage in the creative process, I feel a spiritual connection and a sense of transcendence. Art provides me with a medium to express my deep gratitude and admiration for the beauty and complexity of the world God has created. Through art, I can reflect on the grandeur of God and His presence in every aspect of nature. Furthermore, the act of creating art gives my life purpose and meaning, allowing me to use my talents and abilities to honor God and share His love and message with others. In essence, art is a powerful way for me to experience and express the impact of God in my life.

My artistic journey began in Venezuela, where I pursued studies at the College of Arts Neptali Rincon. After completing my studies in Venezuela, I harbored a strong desire to specialize in art and expand my horizons. I attended various workshops, including the Academy of Art Realistic in Toronto, Canada, where I had the privilege of receiving instruction from the Atelier Director, Fernando Freites. Additionally, I connected with the Portrait Institute in New York, led by the renowned artist John Sanden, which marked a significant turning point in my career. I’ve also had the opportunity to study at the International St. Petersburg Art Academy and the Russian Academy in Florence, Italy.

My mission through art is to lend a helping hand to those in need, especially children and young individuals. My vision is not only to depict the simplicity of life but also to capture moments of love, purity, joy, and other wondrous emotions.”
